Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends movement, kicks, and evasive maneuvers in rhythmic play. For class we start with a warm up, move on to some basic moves you’ll practice with other classmates, and end with playing and singing traditional instruments and songs.

PARKING: We are a new space still in need of signage, thank you for your patience in finding us. The building is next door to Rosati's Pizza. If you park in the front (under the clock), enter the double doors and walk down the hallway to the back of the building. If you park around back, those double doors take you directly to the space.
