Yoga for Grief + Sound Healing

In this workshop we will use yoga, breath, somatic movement, and sound to work through grief, trauma, and struggle to connect with more love and empowerment.

This event will include an hour-long Yoga for grief session and a 30 minute sound healing to calm the nervous system.

THE CENTER is a nonprofit playscape featuring and inspiring local art, music, culture, and movement with the inherent knowledge of being stronger together.

PARKING: We are a new space still in need of signage, thank you for your patience in finding us. The building is next door to Rosati's Pizza. If you park in the front (under the clock), enter the double doors and walk down the hallway to the back of the building. If you park around back, those double doors take you directly to the space.
