We're excited to welcome Dr. Mary Mathew as she shares her knowledge of Ayurveda, healthy eating habits, breath work, and yoga.

This free workshop will be a great way to tune into your body and its needs.

ABOUT DR. MARY MATHEW

Dr. Mary Mathew is trained in anesthesia, palliative and integrative medicine. She is currently in her third year of Ayurvedic study at the Ayurvedic Institute in Asheville, NC. She hopes to spread the knowledge of ayurveda, so people can self-heal.

PARKING: The building is next door to Rosati's Pizza. If you park in the front—we now have one of our signs just under the clock. Enter the double doors and walk down the hallway to the back of the building. If you park in the back, those double doors take you directly to the space (you'll see a temporary sign there).
